Desde las líneas de trabajo se desarrollan programas de formación política y liderazgo para la incidencia política, la creación y fortalecimiento de organizaciones sociales, la conducción de procesos sociales colectivos y la formación de relevos generacionales en las organizaciones.
Tiene presencia en la región Nororiental, en los municipios El Carmen de Chucuri, San Vicente de Chucurí, en la provincia de Guanentá en los municipios de Curití, San Gil, Pinchote, Charalá, Mogotes, Onzaga, San Joaquín, en Piedecuesta, Sábana de Torres, Barrancabermeja, Puerto Wilches, Matanza, Suratá y el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, Girón, Piedecuesta, Floridablanca y Lebrija.
