El Fiscal Federal No. 4 Carlos Stornelli, ha expresado formalmente la necesidad de impulsar las acciones de investigación con el propósito de esclarecer la posible responsabilidad de Álvaro Uribe Vélez en la comisión de asesinatos y desapariciones forzadas ilegítimamente presentadas como bajas en combate, a manos del ejército nacional durante su periodo presidencial. Esta decisión responde a la querella interpuesta, el pasado 7 de noviembre, por familiares y representantes de víctimas de estos graves hechos mal llamados “falsos positivos”, ante los jueces federales de Buenos Aires.
